Just like a tattoo, I’ll always have you.

Lately, I’ve been itching to get new tattoos done. It’s been a year since I got inked. I currently have 2 tattoos. One on my rib and one on my back. The one on my left rib is an ambigram of my mom and dad’s names; Priscila and Adrian.

The one on my back is special and actually only a couple of people has seen it up close. It’s special because it’s what my dad calls me and I had his handwriting copied. My dad passed away a couple of months before I had my tattoos done which is why both my tattoos are influenced by him. 

I’ve been wanting to get new tattoos for months now but I wanna be sure on what I’ll get next. I want something above my back tattoo and I also want to get some stars done. Yes, stars. I have 2 bestfriends, Anna and Ernest. Both of them already have star tattoos. When we were still in high school, the three of us made a pact that we’re gonna get star tattoos and it’s gonna symbolize the 3 of us. 

Anyway, here are my inspirations for my next tattoo:

Quarter Life Crisis

So.. It’s been a month since I finished college. I decided to skip graduation (on July) to start working already. As you see, I’m a workaholic. I like being busy so bumming around after finals drove me craaaazy. I went job hunting on my first 2 weeks of being unemployed. 2 days after my first job interview, they texted me with, “Are you ready to work for us?”

Here I am now working for a graphic and web design company/ newspaper publication in Alabang. I’m not sure if I made the right decision but as of the moment, it’s nice to have my own income and to be productive. The downside on the other hand is that I wasn’t able to enjoy my “life after college phase”. I only had 2 weeks to bum around and bask on being a fresh graduate. So far I’m having this love- hate relationship work. I enjoy being a part of a publication. I’m learning so much about our country and the world. I’m also learning so much about graphics and art that I didn’t learn in school. BUT (Yes, all caps. Haha!), I miss my friends, boyfriend and most of all I miss sleeping. 

Anywayyyyy, My job is all about multitasking. I’m a virtual assistant, writer, researcher and graphic artist. I decided to start blogging again because I need to practice my writing skills. I’m gonna use this space to vent out my ideas and creative juices. I’m really looking forward to fill this tumblr more often.
